Product Return Policy

Advanced Leather Solutions, Inc. is committed to customer satisfaction, and we want our customers to be happy with their purchases. If our product does not fulfill your expectations, our product return policy is outlined below.

Consumer Care Products

Any of our consumer leather care products can be returned for a refund of that item's purchase price, provided 75% or more of the product remains unused.

Professional Leather Restoration Products

Any of our professional leather restoration products can be returned for a refund of that item's purchase price, provided 75% or more of the product remains unused. Advanced Leather Solutions, Inc. takes no responsibility for the improper application of our professional leather restoration products, and will not accept any returns without prior contact from the returning party, to establish the reason for the return. In instances of product failure prior to application (shelf-life issues, etc.), we may, at our discretion, elect to ship replacement product, rather than refund the product purchase price.

We urge customers who have issues with any of our products (and/or their performance) to contact us prior to the return, so that we can directly address the problem, and possibly provided a solution.
